Questions people ask me

Can I buy a home in Georgia if my credit isn't great?

Often, yes. Many buyers qualify sooner than they expect, and if you're not ready yet, a credit and funding plan can get you there. Start with the 1-minute qualify check. It doesn't run your credit or ask for your Social Security number.

Can you help me get my credit ready to buy a home?

Yes. I work with a credit and funding partner that helps buyers repair credit and build funding so they're ready to buy. Tap "Get credit help" above to get started.

Does checking if I qualify hurt my credit?

No. The qualify form takes about a minute, doesn't run your credit, and doesn't ask for your Social Security number.

What does it cost to work with a buyer's agent?

It depends on the deal and is agreed in writing before we start. I'll explain exactly how it works for your purchase on our first call.

Can I negotiate a commercial lease?

Often, yes. Depending on the property, landlords may offer tenant improvement allowances toward your build-out, a period of reduced or free rent while you set up, or other incentives. I'll help you ask for the right ones.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

Send me a quick message with your address and I'll put together a free market analysis based on recent sales near you.
